WE CANNOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. Please use a residential or business address when ordering. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (when possible) (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not fully satisfied with your Happyface, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price minus a $10.00 return handling fee. Please send your order number and reason for returning to returns@gethappyface.com.
